Projects to which I contribute as dramaturge since 2019 in the fields of dance and performance.
Recurring questions: slowness, a sensitive approach to the body and senses, the effects of patriarchal capitalism on our bodies.
O.
Dance performance by Francesca Rita Saraullo, 2024
O for opening, orgasm, origin. Alone on stage, Francesca sets in motion the indecipherable, unspeakable and sometimes contradictory things contained in our pelvis. Choreography, text and image merge to create a landscape where human and other-than-human merge to celebrate this bodypart which seems to links us to an origin we share with all lifeforms.

BURNT [ the eternal long now ]
Dance perfomance by LEE\VAKULYA, 2022.
In Burnt [ the eternal long now ], LEE\VAKULYA choreographically explores burnout as a collective, social phenomenon. In a relentless drive of action and effort, three dancers burn their energy into a danced rat race—a dance that mirrors a widely shared feeling of unrest and exhaustion.

Glowachrome Garden
Visual perfomance by Evelien Cammaert, 2021.
A durational installation and performance based on a series of images, photographed on 35 mm slide film showing fragments of landscapes and gardens. Visitors become witnesses to a compositional process in which images are carefully placed in resonance with time, space and sound.

The Senders
Immersive performance by Stav Yeini, 2019.
An immersive, multi-sensory performance. Through a sensorial choreography of sounds, smells, images, alchemical processes and indirect touch, the work emphasizes inclusion, empathy and a profound listening to non-human life forms. In this way it wants to bring about an evolution towards a sensory way of knowledge production and the possibility of a new world beyond the economic and ecological crisis.
